Our daily adult programs are year-round, Monday-Thursday from 7:50am-5:30pm. Individuals can expect to participate in a variety of activities such as sports, exercise, music and art. Enrichment activities such as cooking, hygiene, healthy living, life skills, social skills and science are offered as well. Field trips in and around the Birmingham area are a big part of the Foundation’s daily programming as well. To help foster friendships, program participants are divided into different groups based on the activities they enjoy.
