Medicaid Manages several Home and Community-based Services (HCBS) waivers to help persons with developmental disabilities. Intellectual Disabilities (ID) and Living at Home (LAH) waivers are provided to individuals who are Medicaid-eligible under the waiver and require the level of care for intermediate care facility.
